Grado SR60i- Overview
The Grado SR60i is a very common entry into the headphone world for those new to the hobby, as well as an all-time classic since the release of the original SR60 in the 90's. The Brooklyn-based family company makes it with Plastic housings (as opposed to the metals and woods used on Grado's higher-end headphones), with medium-hardness foam earpads. The cable is very thick and terminates in a 1/8" plug with a stick-on 1/4" adapter.
The SR60i is known as a value king of audio, and as been hailed by many critics from Head-Fi to CNET as one of the best cans under $100.
